This 1-day (single session) option allows anyone that is unsure if they want to take the full class, or has a busy schedule that they can’t commit to the full class, to still attend based on their availability! Step onto the mat and ease into your practice with Yoga Basics. This course welcomes those who are new to yoga, as well as those who want to reconnect with foundational elements and poses to strengthen their practice. With an emphasis on breath control, slow movements, and mindful contemplation, the instructor will guide you through relaxing, yet energizing flows. No prior knowledge of yoga necessary to practice.
