Or, do you just want to gain more knowledge and have a true “field to plate” experience? Come join our DIY class where we will give you the knowledge and hands-on experience to be able to process your own wild game. This class will review how to process different wild game, but will focus on whitetail deer, locally harvested.

Note: There is no age restriction, however, all students under 16 must be accompanied by a paid adult.
