Understanding how to prevent food spoilage while achieving high quality home preserved products will be presented in this 2 hour class. Come join this class in partnership with the Grady County OSU Extension Service to learn basics in canning, freezing, pickling, and dehydration. Techniques, tips, and equipment needed will be covered during the class.
