The Industrial Automation program at CVTech prepares students for a career in the manufacturing and automation industries. Career path opportunities include, but are not limited to, electro-mechanical technician, programmable logic controller or controls technician. Students develop skills in the areas of mechanical systems integration and maintenance, electrical controls, robotic automation and controls, fluid power including hydraulics and pneumatics, and programmable logic control. Students will become multi-skilled persons that can grow in a rapidly emerging workplace in a variety of industrial and automation technology fields.
