2024 CV Tech T-Shirt Design Contest
Submission Deadline: Extended to Thursday, April 4, 2024
Artwork Requirements:
Camera-ready, single-color vector artwork preferred. Hand-drawn submissions are also welcome. Image should be approximately 10×10 inches.
If using the CV Tech logo in the design (preferred), you must adhere to brand design guidelines (no overlays, no stretching or skewing, no pattern fills, etc.). High-resolution logo may be requested or you may simply reserve space in your design for the high res logo. Low-resolution logo is available to download at the bottom of this page.
Use of any trademark or copyrighted material beyond the CV Tech logo is not permitted in the design.
Submission Information:
Digital entries can be emailed to marketing@cvtech.edu. Illustrator files with converted text, SVG, EPS, or PNG flies are accepted. Please include your name, campus, program, and program schedule (AM, PM, evening, ACCD or staff) so we can contact you with any questions, concerns or needed edits.
Please fill out an entry form with your paper submission (entry forms are available at each drop off location).
Paper submissions can be dropped off at any campus at these locations:
Chickasha Campus: Seminar Center Desk (Alysia) or Student Services (Breann)
Cowan Campus: Student Services (Anita)
El Reno Campus: Main Entrance | Front Desk Near Student Services (Heather)
Judging and Selection:
CV Tech’s Marketing Team and designated committee members will judge all entries and select the final t-shirt design, including ink color. Winner will be notified by May 21, 2024. Winner’s name/likeness (optional) may be used in marketing associated with this contest. Artist will transfer all rights to CV Tech with contest submission. Winning submission(s) will become property of CV Tech, allowing the school to edit and use the artwork as needed. Design(s) may be used for marketing purposes other than the 2024 t-shirt. By entering the contest, you agree to these terms.

What do I win?
Stand out from the crowd! Winner will get to select a t-shirt in any approved in-stock color. This shirt will be specially ordered in July. Winner will also receive a surprise gift presented by the CV Tech Marketing Team.
