Area Business Provides $1,000 for HVAC Scholarships at CV Tech
Air Comfort Solutions, an area heating and air conditioning business with locations in Oklahoma City and in Tulsa, has given $1,000 to provide scholarships for students enrolled at Canadian Valley Technology Center.
The scholarships will benefit graduates of CV Tech’s Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration program.
Donations to the school are funneled through the CV Tech Foundation, which is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) under the U.S. tax code. The foundation provides nearly $50,000 each year in hardship grants, leadership development and scholarships to CV Tech students on three metro area campuses.
Leadership at Air Comfort Solutions wants to re-invest in future HVAC professionals and believe a scholarship helps meet that goal. For more information about the company, visit http://aircomfortsolutions.net.
