It’s time to finalize your paperwork and get ready for the 2024-25 school year.
WHAT TO BRING TO FINALIZATION?
High School Students
- Parent or Guardian
- License plate number (required for parking pass if driving)
- Epic/ home school/ online students require 2 proofs of residency
Adult Students (new & returning)
- License plate number (required for parking pass if driving)
- 2 Proofs of residency (gas, water, electric, mortgage statement, lease agreement)
- High school transcript or diploma if applying for Next Step Tuition Waiver
WHAT TO EXPECT AT FINALIZATION?
New and returning students will need to fill out required forms for the school year. Additionally, students will have a photo taken for identification in our Student Identification System (SIS). For some programs, such as Health Careers, these photos will be used on badges. There will be several tables to visit and a few forms to fill out. Students (and their parents/guardians) can expect to spend about an hour at Enrollment Finalization. Please contact your CV Tech counselor if you have any questions.
