CV Tech’s Haleigh Klaus has been named the Education Services Special Populations Division New Teacher of the Year. She will be among a handful of others vying for the overall New Teacher of the Year at the annual Summit Conference in early August, in Tulsa. Klaus is a literacy instructional coach at CV Tech’s Chickasha Campus.
