Canadian Valley Technology Center instructor Wesley Hess has been named SkillsUSA Southwest District Advisory of the Year. Hess, 38, of Tuttle, teaches Precision Machining at CV Tech’s Chickasha Campus.
Hess, wrapping up his fifth year as an instructor, has coached a handful of students to top-five finishes in the SkillsUSA National contests in recent years.
SkillsUSA is a student organization committed to ensuring America has a skilled workforce. Hess will interview in late April for State Advisor of the Year.
