- April- Graduates attend campus Completion Fair for free supplies and invitations (dates announced February)
- May-Graduates get ceremony instructions from their Campus Director

Photography Information
Students are required to fill out contact information during the graduation fair. If they miss the fair, photo cards are located in the bookstore. Photo proofs will be emailed after each ceremony.

Tips for Students
PREPARATION
- Make sure your photo card is complete (fair or bookstore)
- Bring your cap, gown, tassel
- If you still need regalia, visit your campus bookstore

CEREMONY NIGHT
Â
- Arrive: 20-30 minutes prior to ceremony
- DO NOT park in fire lane/on city streets
- Photos can be taken in outside or in lobby before ceremony
- Sit in alphabetical order with your program in the designated graduate seating area (shown in video)
- Follow your instructor’s prompts to enter the stage and accept your diploma cover (diplomas will be printed later)
- Return to your seat through the main hallway UNLESS you are part of the last program
- After the last program returns, grads will finish ceremony and march out in reverse order
Ceremony Guests
PARKING
- Park ONLY in designated areas (shown below and in the guest video)
- DO NOT block fire lanes or block drives and streets
- Additional handicapped parking will be designated upon request- please pull to front of Fine Arts Center for assistance from CCSO.
- After the ceremony, Cowan guests will be guided out to a RIGHT TURN ONLY on Garth Brooks from Yukon Ave. You cannot turn left.
- El Reno guests should arrive no earlier than 6:30 PM to allow Cowan guests to exit from Yukon Ave. Guests arriving earlier should enter the parking lot directly from Garth Brooks

- DO NOT block graduate aisle (shown below and in the guest video)
- Handicapped seating is reserved for those with ambulatory needs
- Balcony seating is open and available to guests
- Graduates will march out at end of the ceremony– DO NOT BLOCK AISLES
