CV Tech Welding student Jett Lacey, a Piedmont High School senior, recently fabricated two heavy equipment tables for use in the Piedmont Fire Department. Live work must be approved by class instructors and is student-performed work as a part of the curriculum. The fire department provided the metal and supplies for the project.
