3 CV Tech Chickasha Campus Teams Qualify for VEX Robotics State Tournament

Pictured (from left) after qualifying for the VEX Robotics State Championship are CV Tech juniors Thomas Young, Tanner Coble and Brennon Grissom, all of Tuttle. They are among several Chickasha Pre-Engineering students who qualified for the state tournament in March.

Congratulations to the three VEX Robotics teams from CV Tech’s Chickasha Campus who will represent the school at the March 12 State Championship in Haskell. Two of the teams shared first place at the Red Dirt Rumble, a state qualifier held Saturday at CV Tech’s El Reno Campus. Another team won the Skills Competition and earned an invitation as well.

All team members are enrolled in Pre-Engineering at the Chickasha Campus. Seniors who qualified for state are Josh Morris, Nathan Dennis, Cade Vincent, Garrett Mitchell and Jarrett Linden. Juniors going to state are Tanner Coble, Brennon Grissom, Abigail Webb and Thomas Young. All are from Tuttle, except Morris, who is from Am-Po.
