Meditation & Empowerment
Meditation is a technique used for eons to bring serenity and calm to those that practice. Methods include calming the mind, using breathing techniques, visualization and in some cases, music, to calm the mind. This class will teach at least four meditation techniques that are easy to learn and that anyone can use, even when living a busy lifestyle. The empowerment part of this class will use fun exercises to enhance one’s life and make life not only more fun, but also to show that we CAN choose happiness, and if we do, we will find it, right in our own back yards!
