Practice gentle yoga poses seated in chairs and standing next to chairs for balance. This class emphasizes strengthening, balance, flexibility and relaxation.

Step onto the mat and ease into your practice with Gentle Yoga. This course welcomes those who are new to yoga, as well as those who want to reconnect with foundational elements and poses to strengthen their practice. With an emphasis on breath control, slow movements, and mindful contemplation, the instructor will guide you through relaxing, yet energizing flows. No prior knowledge of yoga necessary to practice.

Sharpen your pencils for an art class centered on drawing & sketching. Explore shading, value, use of light & shadow to build form, texture, composition, and perspective. Various types of pencils will be used to achieve different visual effects while studying elements of still life, portrait drawing, and landscape.
